Job description

Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Training and Enablement Coordinator.

The ideal candidate should be highly self-driven, skilled in project management and organizational execution, and able to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.

This is a 5-month on-site contract position based in New York.

Candidates must be located in the USA and cannot hold H-1B visa status.

The hourly rate is $45.00; benefits are available through Talent Table.

There is no C2C.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the scheduling, logistics, and coordination of asynchronous and live training sessions.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and resources.
  • Maintain learning management/content management systems and track participation.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from trainees and stakeholders, leveraging an exceptional customer service mindset.
  • Collect feedback and compile reports on training effectiveness.
  • Develop, manage, distribute, and measure communications to drive participant engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a training coordination, learning & development, administrative, or similar support role.
  • Experience supporting the scheduling and logistics of meetings, events, or training sessions (virtual and/or in-person).
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or content management systems (CMS), including tracking participation and maintaining records.
  • Experience preparing and organizing training materials and resources for both online and in-person training.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond professionally to inquiries from internal or external stakeholders.
  • Experience collecting feedback and compiling basic reports, preferably related to training or learning programs.
  • Proficiency with standard Google Suite applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
