Job description

Dedicated to enhancing employee performance and engagement through strategic development initiatives, the Employee Optimization team oversees both onboarding and continuous professional growth and ensures employees are equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to thrive from day one and throughout their careers.

A Training and Development Intern will play a key role in shaping the employee experience by supporting the design and delivery of training programs, assisting in the onboarding process, and contributing to the development of resources that foster growth, alignment, and excellence across the organization.

  • Assist in the creation and refinement of onboarding materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Support the development of training schedules and programs for new hires and existing employees.
  • Help organize a library of training resources, guides, and SOPs.
  • Participate in the facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to improve content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental standards and best practices.
  • Assist in tracking employee progress and performance metrics during onboarding and beyond.
  • Develop a self-driven “Legacy Project” which will produce real-world value, and a lasting impact on the division even after your internship has concluded.

  • The ideal candidate has a strong interest in employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.

    This role does not require a degree.

  • The flexibility to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • The initiative and desire to seek out avenues for both self-improvement and the improvement of our company
