Training Program Coordinator

  • PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To assist with the preparation and organization of standard, specialized, and technical training in designated areas; and to respond to requests for training.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

  • Assists with program training events and tracks training progress.
  • Helps to facilitate training.
  • Maintains the on-line quiz program.
  • Schedules virtual and/or onsite training sessions.
  • Conducts basic systems training.
  • Communicates training progress to appropriate parties.
  • Identifies and resolves problems and issues with training projects.
  • Aides in the maintenance of training web sites, materials, and supplies.
  • Tracks post-designation training compliance.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required.

    Associates Degree preferred.

    Experience: Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required to include previous administrative experience.
