This role will focus on enhancing the entire Customer Journey—from lead generation through to customer success—by leveraging digital technologies and processes.

The Transformation Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the strategy aligns with organizational objectives, delivers value to customers, and drives measurable outcomes.</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: start"><p style="text-align: start"><strong><span style="color: rgb(55, 65, 81)">We can consider candidates who wish to work fully onsite, hybrid or remote for this role.

This is a fixed term contract</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: start"><p style="text-align: start"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong><em>Strategic Leadership:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that enhances the Customer Journey, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs.</p></li><li><p>Act as the primary liaison for all digital transformation initiatives, bridging communication between leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Project Management:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects, including lead generation, sales automation, customer onboarding, and customer success initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and return on investment (ROI).</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Customer Journey Optimization:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct thorough analyses of the current Customer Journey to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from lead to customer success.</p></li><li><p>Lead process mapping activities across the Customer Journey, documenting and analyzing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.</p></li><li><p>Implement customer journey mapping and design strategies that result in improved customer engagement and retention.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Stakeholder Engagement:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Customer Support, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure collaboration and alignment throughout the transformation process.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate progress, solicit feedback, and drive stakeholder engagement.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Change Management:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute change management strategies that support the organization's transition to digital processes and technologies, ensuring buy-in and engagement from teams at all levels.</p></li><li><p>Identify and mitigate resistance, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Team Leadership:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Allocate resources strategically, resolving conflicts and enhancing team dynamics to maximize effectiveness.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Data-Driven Decision Making:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Leverage data analytics and market research to inform and guide the digital transformation strategy, ensuring decisions are based on actionable insights.</p></li><li><p>Monitor trends and innovations in digital technology, customer experience, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong><em>Education:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p style="text-align: start">
