**Description**
The Trust and Safety team is responsible for safeguarding the trust and safety of Apple services through a multifaceted approach that encompasses threat modeling, data-driven policy formulation, and machine learning.
To achieve this objective, we are actively seeking an expert who will contribute to the development and implementation of key online safety systems and features, including Safety Check, blocking capabilities, and user reporting systems.
This role will facilitate the driving and support of the business’s evolution, collaborating seamlessly with internal and external cross-functional partners to swiftly construct and deploy effective solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a fervent passion for crafting secure and dependable user experiences.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5 years of program management experience with consumer-facing products.
+ Experience in designing and operating highly distributed, scalable and available systems
+ Understanding of big data and machine learning systems, tools and technologies
+ Self-starting, self-directed, results producing and self-sufficient.
+ Flexible and open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
+ Experience working in a dynamic, results driven environment.
+ Comfortable managing ambiguity and working with cross-functional teams.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong technical proficiency, steadfast attention to details, persistent at follow up and demanding of quality.
+ Proven track record of running complex cross functional software projects that support applications and services
+ International product development experience
+ Proficiency in applying project management and collaboration tools
+ Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
+ Hands-on experience building and delivering client software, web and internet services
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
