UI/UX Engineer – Agentic AI Quality Platform

Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a UI/UX Designer in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).
We are seeking a highly creative UI/UX Engineer to design and develop intuitive, engaging interfaces for cutting-edge Agentic AI quality platforms.
This role is pivotal in shaping user experiences that enable seamless interaction with AI-driven quality review systems.
Contract Duration: 12 Months
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
+ Proven experience in UI/UX design and development with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity.
+ Familiarity with AI concepts, automation workflows, and their application in user-centric design.
+ Proficiency in modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or similar).
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions.
**What You Will Be Doing** Design & Develop UI (60%)
+ Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for agent use cases and quality review platforms.
+ Apply creativity and ingenuity to deliver innovative design solutions that enhance usability and engagement.
AI & Automation Integration (40%)
+ Collaborate with AI engineers to incorporate intelligent automation into the user experience.
+ Understand and leverage AI capabilities to optimize workflows and improve quality review processes.
