Job Skills / Requirements


First Coast Security is currently seeking an experienced Unarmed Security Working Site Supervisor - Monday- Friday 1500-2300 for a position with one of our premier clients in the Jacksonville market.

Must be able to cover 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts when required as well as be available for special events.

Pay Rate is $24.00/hr with WEEKLY pay!!

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid D security license preferred (will sponsor right applicant)
  • Above average computer skills
  • At least 2+-year supervisory experience
  • Ability to work a flex schedule for 40 hours/week
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift over 25 lbs.
  • Ability or experience answering phones and operating radio
  • Ability to create and execute schedules for 24/7 coverage
  • Mentor, counsel and lead a variety of security officers in a high-profile environment
  • Report writing skills
  • Sharp, clean-cut appearance
