**Position Summary...**
As the Senior Manager – Advanced Analytics within the DC IB Capacity Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding foundational service metrics like the E2E Fill Rate & DC Fill Rate, which are critical benchmarks of DC operational performance.

These metrics are instrumental in diagnosing service failures and driving operational excellence, ultimately improving store availability, in-stock performance, and customer satisfaction.

Leveraging your expertise in supply chain operations, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, you will turn data into actionable insights and lead efforts to improve decision-making across the organization.

**What you'll do...**

+ Serve as the business lead for the 4ITB team, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned and executed effectively.
+ Develop a comprehensive product roadmap to expand service metrics across new networks and channels, addressing both current and future business needs.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, establish timelines and milestones, and oversee metric enhancements and launches.
+ Spearhead the design, discovery, and implementation of E2E Fill Rate/DC Fill Rate metric enhancements to meet the evolving demands of diverse supply chain networks and channels.
+ Partner with operations teams and stakeholders to uncover insights into operational processes, nuances, and root causes of service failures.
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of complex supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improving metric accuracy, scope, and operational relevance.

+ Supply Chain Expertise: 4–5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, replenishment, or merchandising, with a deep understanding of key metrics like fill rate.
+ Adaptability in Ambiguity: Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
+ Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and align teams across functions, balancing competing priorities while driving success.
+ Storytelling Ability: Leverage compelling data narratives to influence decision-making and drive business action.
+ Technical Acumen: Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and modern analytics/AI technologies to support metric development and advanced supply chain analyses.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
