What you will gain
Our Summer Internship Program, beginning in June , provides immersive training and introduction to Santander.

You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your development during the internship.

The Santander Summer Internship Program is for undergraduate students and/or graduate level students who have an expected graduation date between December and May/June .

Santander US is a nationwide business with locations across the country.

This position is located in Boston, MA or Quincy, MA.

• The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range.

For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a -hour work week.

The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

As a user acceptance testing intern, you will come out of this experience with an understanding of the product development lifecycle, project management and User Acceptance Testing.

You will gain direct knowledge of what it means to deliver a quality product to market and could include exposure to delivery of new features and functionality on the Openbank platform.

You’ll learn how to read and interpret product requirements from Epic and Stories and play an active role in ensuring that the functionality being conceived is fit for purpose or better.

Responsibilities of the user acceptance testing internship role may include but are not limited to:
• Test planning and coordination for SBNA and Openbank
• Documentation of processes in relation to the use of AI tools
• Analysis of historic defects to identify trends and common pain points
• Process review and suggestions on how they could be improved
• General review of ways of working to help facilitate positive change

What we are looking for
• An undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between either December or May/June .
• Area of Study: Product management, Finance, Business, Project management or equivalent field
• Cumulative GPA is .

• Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required.
• Analytical thinkers with a strong attention to detail.


• Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.

• Coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business.
