The Opportunity
As part of the Utilities CX Solutions team you will lead the implementation of innovative customer experience solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.
As a Manager you will supervise and mentor teams, fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering preferred
- Certifications and/or technical implementation experience with applications such as SEW SCM / SmartCX, SEW SMW, Oracle CC&B, SAP IS-U, SAP S/4, CRM applications, etc.
- Demonstrating technical leadership in enterprise-level applications
- Managing technical resources and vendor relationships
- Understanding DevOps and CI/CD methodologies
- Keeping up with Power and Utilities Industry technology trends
- Conducting journey mapping and persona creation
- Facilitating testing and validation of customer experience solutions
- Working with stakeholders to build technology roadmaps
