This is a Hybrid role (3 days in either our Florham Park, NJ or Alpharetta, GA ADP office)

UX at ADP is about designing tools that make life easier for the people who keep small businesses running. We are rethinking how they hire, pay, and grow their teams.

We are looking for Content Designers who can help us create experiences that are easy, smart, and human.

You'll shape real products, solve for real people, and help millions of entrepreneurs focus on what matters without getting buried in admin.

This role offers the best of both worlds: the scale and stability of ADP, combined with the momentum and energy of a startup.

You’ll work closely with design, research, product, and engineering to deliver experiences that are both elegant and essential.

What You'll Do
  • Design clear, concise, and consistent content across different platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
  • A pply brand, writing, and design guidelines to deliver consistent, accessible, inclusive content.
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, product owners, and others to create the best user-centered experience for our clients.
  • Think outside the box and be open to feedback, share your content design decisions, and iterate.

Qualifications What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in UX content design with knowledge of design fundamentals

  • A college degree is great and a UX Writing certification is a big plus.

    What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job

  • A portfolio that shows B2B or B2C content experiences

  • Solid collaboration and communication skills

  • A passion to create experiences that truly help people

  • A belief that AI is not just a trend, but a content tool that can enable more personalized, intelligent, and adaptive experiences

  • Experience with Figma, AI content tools (such as Grammarly and Figma AI), content research, or conversational design is an advantage
