Summary:

Our company is seeking full-time contractors to support the Verification Operations team.

These roles will focus on metrics-driven root cause analysis (RCA), delivering actionable insights, and providing foundational support for risk-oriented and compliance-driven programs.

The contractors will help address increased demand for high-quality RCAs, operational insights, and documentation, supporting key programs such as Account Access, Scams, Verified, Advertiser Verification, and 3rd Party Vendor Tracking.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct robust RCAs for major business-impacting incidents and workflow escalations across Access, Scams, Verified, Advertiser Verification, and triage portfolios.

  • Develop and deliver qualitative operational insights for program managers, policy, product, compliance, and leadership.

  • Drive documentation of process enhancements, post-mortem learnings, and best practices to improve Verification Ops efficiency and resilience.

  • Support execution of internal initiatives (, Verification Operations Quality Uplift, Advertiser Risk Reduction, Fast-Track Trust Remediation).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate strategic projects, risk alerts, and compliance reviews.

  • Enhance process documentation, SOPs, and onboarding for new team members.

  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform operational strategies.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  • Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in operations analysis, content moderation, risk management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience with root cause analysis, incident management, and operational documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.

  • Experience working with vendors or external partners is a plus.

  • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management principles is desirable.

  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with content moderation platforms and tools.

  • Prior work in fraud prevention, identity verification, or advertiser trust programs.

  • Certification in risk management, compliance, or a related field.

  • Working Conditions:
  • Office-based in NYC.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • May encounter sensitive or objectionable content related to fraud, scams, or identity verification.

    Pay range is $29 - $34 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

    Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
