We’re looking for a Visual Designer, Conversion & Growth to shape the creative and user experience across our marketing funnel, from landing pages to signup flows and checkout.
You’ll craft visually compelling, psychologically informed designs that build trust, reduce friction, and drive conversions.
Since tapouts is built for kids and parents, your designs should feel both friendly and approachable for families, while also clear and credible for parents making purchase decisions.
This role blends strong visual craft with an understanding of customer behavior and cognitive biases.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and engineering to continuously test, learn, and optimize for performance.
This position will require being on-site 5 days a week.
