ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for a Visual Designer, an early-career designer with strong fundamentals, a high-quality portfolio, and the ambition to grow quickly.
In this role, you'll be our in-house design partner, creating impactful visuals across brand, marketing, and product.
You'll also collaborate closely with our external design agency, giving you exposure to professional brand development while you gain hands-on experience executing a wide range of projects.
Design and refine visual assets across multiple formats:
Company website updates and landing pages
Investor decks, presentations, and storytelling visuals
Product marketing materials, campaigns, and sales collateral
UX/UI components in collaboration with product and engineering teams
Digital advertising, social, and event graphics
Act as the day-to-day liaison with our outside design agency, coordinating deliverables and ensuring consistency.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all internal and external materials.
Contribute new design ideas and approaches, keeping the company's visual identity fresh and competitive.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent portfolio/experience.
Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, polish, and versatility (across digital, marketing, and product work).
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and related design tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and executive teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work quickly.
A growth mindset - open to feedback and excited to learn.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
Exposure to B2B or financial services design.
Familiarity with branding systems and brand development.
Motion graphics, video editing, or animation experience.
