The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:

The VP, IT Business Technology Solutions is a strategic leader who drives and enables the objective of JSG business systems to improve process automation and efficiency for our operations and customers.

This position directly manages teams within our ERP support groups, CRM platform and Business Systems Analysis to enhance all key business technology activities, including end-to-end process automation from leads to quotes, orders, and cash.

This role requires leveraging knowledge of advanced technologies such as ERP, CRM, EDI, BI, Artificial Intelligence, portals, and e-commerce and marketing technologies to drive process automation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process optimization, data-driven solutions decision-making, and strong leadership and people development qualities.

This position reports directly to the CIO of Justrite Safety Group.

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $X to $X+.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.

Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
