Warehouse Associate / Quality Control

Location: Lakewood, NJ
Type: Contract-to-permanent
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, & Friday 8:00 AM-1:30 PM

Warehouse Associate / Quality Control Job Duties:
+ Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing freight.
+ Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and safe factory floor.
+ Load and unload trucks using stacking machine or other material handling equipment.
+ Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
+ Perform basic maintenance
+ Operate stacker machines and other production equipment safely and efficiently.

Warehouse Associate / Quality Control Job Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ 1+ year experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
+ Ability to learn operation of warehouse equipment
+ Familiarity with basic tools and maintenance procedures.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
