**Job Summary:**
We’re hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Virginia Beach, VA to help our warehouse team operate at its best.
You’ll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs.

**What you will do:**
+ Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
+ Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
+ Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
+ Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
+ Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
+ *Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-callshifts, as required

+ Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all function of the job
+ Excellent planning and organizational skills
+ Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details
+ Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Strong customer service skills
+ Proven team player
+ HS Diploma or equivalent required
+ Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift
This role has been designated by the company as Safety Sensitive
**Compensation: **
Base Pay Range: $20/an hour and up DOE
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
