We are looking for a full-time developer who can turn our award-winning creative into interactive online experiences! The ideal candidate is obsessed with quality, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record of coding pixel-perfect responsive layouts from Figma.

Someone who can write clean, well-documented code, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is collaborative at heart.

You like to “get things done” and you strive to deliver high-quality work – day in and day out!

Qualities & Responsibilities

• Work closely with account managers and designers to develop websites and web applications.
  
  
• Collaborate with account managers on estimating and scoping new projects that require technical expertise
• Supervise and implement technical initiatives from concept to completion, including shipping into production
• Manage and monitor infrastructure of sites and web applications to ensure performance and reliability
• Debug and refactor code for efficiency and performance
• Strong enthusiasm and technical expertise in developing buttery smooth frontend animations and interactions, along with building robust backends optimized for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
  
  
• Stay up to date and current with modern technologies
• Be down to have fun and cut loose with a tight-knit team of mega talented creators and marketers!

Technical Skills

• 5-7+ years of professional WordPress development (building custom themes, custom post types / taxonomies, Advanced Custom Fields, third-party integrations and more)
• Experience working with relational databases (primarily MySQL).
  
  NoSQL databases a plus
• Experience with development task runners such Gulp.js
• Experience with Git and platforms such as GitHub and Bitbucket
• Experience with design to development handoff in Figma
• Experience with RESTful APIs. GraphQL knowledge a plus
• Experience working with CI/CD platforms a plus
• Experience with SEO best practices
• Experience working within the HubSpot CMS/CRM platforms, and using HubL, a plus
• Experience with marketing platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce a plus
• Computer science or related degree a plus (but not required)
