Responsibilities Web Production & Content Management: Build, publish, and maintain web pages, landing pages, and blog posts using our Content Management System (CMS).
Content lifecycle management: Manage the content lifecycle from request to publishing, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Asset management: Upload and manage digital assets (images, videos, documents) within the CMS.
Quality assurance: Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all web content is error-free, mobile-responsive, and accessible.
Collaboration & Execution: Partner closely with marketing, design, and copy teams to translate project briefs and mockups into functional and engaging web pages.
SEO & on-page optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices (e.g., meta tags, headers, image alt text) as guided by the SEO team.
Campaign support: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns by creating and updating associated landing pages and web content.
Localization: Partner with Localization teams for seamless execution of global campaigns.
Performance & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of web pages and campaigns using tools like Google Analytics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Analysis & optimization: Analyze page performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Testing & learnings: Collaborate with marketing and experimentation teams to apply learnings and support testing initiatives.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in web production, web marketing, or a similar role with a focus on website management.
Hands-on proficiency with one or more enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of web best practices, including on-page SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and technical teams to bring web projects to life.
Ability to work from a content brief and collaborate with content creators to ensure web copy is effective and engaging.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality assurance and brand consistency.
Proficient in Google Analytics and familiar with Google Tag Manager (or similar programs).
