Job Description:
Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr
- We are seeking a Website UX Testing Lead to enhance the usability and performance of digital services by testing websites for functionality, accessibility, and user experience.

Requirement/Must Have:
- Basic familiarity with QA/testing methodologies.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
- Understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort working across teams with content editors, developers, and designers.
- Experience using websites across multiple platforms and browsers.
- Familiarity with basic web navigation, forms, and page structures.
Experience:
- Website testing principles and quality assurance methods
- Accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Web browsing behavior and challenges faced by non-technical users
- Common content management systems and site structures
Responsibilities or Duties:
- Conduct manual and automated website testing across browsers and devices.
- Identify bugs, broken links, and display issues; recommend and document fixes.
- Assess websites for usability and accessibility in line with WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Maintain structured records of test cases, findings, and resolutions.
- Create clear reports and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on best practices in usability, testing, and accessibility.

Skills:
- Experience with screen readers or other assistive technologies.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress).
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., SiteImprove, Jira, Trello).
- Exposure to analytics tools like Google Analytics or Matomo.
- Previous government experience preferred.
