Urgent! Welder - Level 2 (2nd shift) Job Opening In Palmetto – Now Hiring Honeywell
As a Welder level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for working on a team of welders and ensuring the quality and efficiency of welding operations.
You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Palmetto, FL location.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our welding operations, ensuring that all welds meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
You may also be tasked with training and mentoring junior welders, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills.
**This position is a 2nd shift with the hours 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday - Friday with starting pay $23.30/hr + offshift pay differential**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Work on a team of welders and conduct welding operations
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate welding activities
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
**YOU MUST HAVE**
• 3 years of experience in welding or a similar role
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 30lbs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
