Job Title:Welder/Assembler – Systems Calibration (1st Shift)
Location:New Freedom, PA
Pay:$30.34/hour + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Are you a skilled welder with a passion for precision and quality?

We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our Systems Calibration team.

This role involves complex fabrication and assembly of piping systems and pressure vessels using MIG, TIG, and manual arc welding techniques.

What You’ll Do

  • Fabricate, assemble, and weld complex piping and pressure vessel components.
  • Work from isometric drawings, welding symbols, specifications, and flow diagrams.
  • Perform layout, fit-up, tack welding, and final welding to meet customer and code requirements.
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment including scales, levels, torches, and welding machines.
  • Conduct pressure testing and repairs on prototype and customer units.
  • Support facility equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of welding and fabrication experience REQUIRED.
  • Ability to pass the following weld tests:2” Schedule 160 Carbon Steel (6G Position): GTAW Root / SMAW Fill & Cap6” Schedule 40 Carbon Steel (6G Position): SMAW Root / SMAW Fill & Cap
  • Proficiency in pipe fitting, structural welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication equipment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of shop mathematics, welding codes, and specifications.
  • Certified in required code welding qualifications.
  • Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights over 12 feet.
  • Completion of a 120-day training program (additional training may be required).
  • Understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
