    About Us: The Verizon Wireless Zone in Suncrest Towne Centre (Morgantown, WV) is seeking a motivated and engaging sales manager.

    Our Verizon locations are locally owned and operated and include MD, KY, OH, PA, and WV, providing ample opportunity for growth and advancementPay and Benefits
  •  Salary: $60,352.53 to $72,682.62 per year.


  • Commission & Bonus: Base pay plus access to a 21% commission payout.

    You will also be eligible for a manager bonus program focused on profit sharing and success in key performance indicators.


  • Kickstart Commission: 60 days of Kickstart Commission to earn faster

  • Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives, helping them develop their skills and achieve success.

    You will serve as a trusted advisor, showing clients how technology can solve problems and improve their lives.

    Your personal sales will not only provide you with commissions but also a positive example for your staff to follow.

    In this role, you will help others achieve their goals through accountability, coaching, and praise.Key Responsibilities
  •  Mentor and coach sales representatives to meet and exceed their goals.

  • Lead by example through your own personal sales.

  • Serve as the main client contact for your team.


  • Drive accountability and praise your team for their successes.


  • Track KPIs to drive account growth.

  • Qualifications
  •  A proven track record in sales.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.


  • A drive for success and a desire to help others achieve their goals.


  • Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role is a plus.


  • Familiarity with CRM programs and POS reporting is also a plus.
