**Job Description:**
The Work and Asset Data Analyst will play a key role in optimizing and visualizing data within Tri-State’s Work and Asset Management Systems, with a focus on Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) and Oracle Field Service (OFS).
This position will support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across asset management, field service, and fire mitigation functions.
Responsibilities include, designing and developing dashboards, reports, queries, and update tools to support work management, asset monitoring, audit compliance, and fire mitigation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between WACS/OFS and other enterprise systems.
Helping with the creation, submission, and resolution of Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
**Note:**
There is one position available and the position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Work and Asset Data Analyst I, job grade 7; Work and Asset Data Analyst II, job grade 8, Work and Asset Data Analyst III, job grade 9; or Senior Work and Asset Data Analyst, job grade 10.
This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.

**Senior Work and Asset Data Analyst**
Hiring Salary Range: $106,000-135,000
**Work and Asset Data Analyst III**
Hiring Salary Range: $96,000-$121,000
**Work and Asset Data Analyst II**
Hiring Salary Range: $86,000-$108,000
**Work and Asset Data Analyst I**
Hiring Salary Range: $77,000-$96,000
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary outside of the posted hiring salary range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Enhance the usability and performance of WACS and OFS by designing and implementing intuitive dashboards, reports, and data queries that support work management, asset monitoring, and audit compliance.
+ Develop and maintain update tools and automated workflows to streamline data entry, reporting, and analysis processes.
+ Analyze data trends and system usage to identify opportunities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of field service and asset operations.
+ Assist with the development and implementation of criteria to determine asset condition with the aim to extend the life of major components and assets.
+ Assist with the development of data analytics, data visualization and reporting for use in maintenance trending and long-term planning/budgeting.
+ Monitor and report on factors such as condition, cost, performance and remaining useful life of transmission and generation assets.
+ Collaborate closely with asset management and fire mitigation staff to assist with mass updating of data related to asset management and fire mitigation
+ Helps to define health scoring methods and implementation of asset health scoring.
+ Participates in evaluating and implementing technologies and ensures alignment with enterprise strategy and policy.
+ Help to update asset disposition and configuration changes to Tri-State Generation and Transmission assets and components.
+ Support the associated relational objects and configuration needs within WACS
+ Create tools to support various audit requests from WACS Database.
+ Support Oracle cloud updates as needed and review any impacts to work management systems and processes
+ Provide support to all applicable Tri-State Business Units.
+ Retain applicable compliance records, including maintenance histories, inspections, and certifications.
+ Recommend strategies for data best practices related to asset management and field services optimization.
+ Engage with industry groups as necessary for insights on best practices, technological advances, and regulatory updates.
+ Comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and requirements for functional areas.
+ Support NERC/WECC compliance, ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and reliability standards, and stay informed about evolving industry regulations.
+ Embody and promote a work ethic of ownership, dedication, and consistency, setting an exemplary standard in regularity, reliability, and adherence to the highest professional standards
