Customer Service Representatives will assist our client’s customers via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Our representatives provide excellent service to existing customers with a one call resolve mindset.
We accomplish this by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
We offer paid training to experienced candidates who have excellent communication skills, and are highly reliable.
Responsibilities
Demonstrated ability for call handling; issue identification; up-selling/cross-selling products; using of job tools and call resolutionAccurately document customer account in client systemsAbility to multi task in a fast paced environmentFollow all required scripts, policies, and proceduresCustomer service oriented with customers and team members (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)Attendance is an essential function of the jobInteract with co-workers, staff of other affiliates, patients, members and visitors in a positive and professional manner and communicate effectively and respectfully.
Requirements
Candidate must reside in one of the following locations: TX, OK, Atlanta GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, and NVAt least 1 year solid experience in customer service in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate.Experience with Benefits and open enrollment preferred, and medical insurance/open enrollment a plus.HS Diploma or GED/equivalentFlexibility in working schedule (shifts vary by client and require at least one weekend day)Computer literacy and typing skills of at least 25 WPMCameras are required to be turned on during training and all meetings.Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes and proceduresCriminal record check and drug test requiredWork from Home Requirements
