Work you'll do
As a Manager, you will architect, implement, and deploy Workato solutions:

+ Manage end-to-end Workato integration design, configuration and testing for our clients.


+ Set up Workato environment with essential configurations to build integration solution.

+ Translate business requirements to technical design and develop integration flows.


+ Conduct fields mapping sessions with client/application owners.

+ Ensure standards and best practices are followed.

+ Prepare technical design specification documents.

+ Act as a bridge between the other application teams in the engagement.

+ Conduct end to end tests to confirm the integrated solution components and prototypes.

+ Drive test planning, execution, and optimization support.

+ Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants and business analysts on Boomi/Workato and implementation methodology.

+ Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

+ Estimate project level efforts in terms of complexity, required time and resources.

+ Participate in practice building initiatives - like recruiting, staffing, and training.

Qualifications
Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other business-related field; computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field.

+ 6+ years of experience in Application to Application (A2A) and Business to Business (B2B) integration

+ 4+ years integrations using Workato, with hands-on experience.

+ Relevant Certifications (Workato Automation Pro 1, Automation Pro 2 and Automation Pro 3)

+ Must have experience with at least 5 full lifecycle integration implementations.

+ Knowledge of EDI, XML, JSON, SQL, JDBC, Groovy and Java scripts

+ Experience in implementing complex, highly scalable and high-volume integrations.

+ Experience in Real time, Batch and ETL integrations.

+ Experience integrating Cloud and On-Prem applications.

+ Experience with API Management

+ Technical understanding of Web Services technologies including REST, SOAP and WSDL is required.

+ Technical understanding of Authorization and Authentication protocols like WS-Security and OAuth is required.

+ Knowledge of SOA.

+ You should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required


+ You can expect to co-locate on average 3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations

+ Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve


+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

+ Advanced degree in business, finance, or other business-related field; computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field.

+ Previous Big 4 experience

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Experience working independently with minimal guidance

+ Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills

+ Outstanding analytical (qualitative and quantitative), research, and presentation skills

+ Ability to manage teams and stakeholders in global locations

+ Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

+ Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

+ Eagerness to mentor junior staff

+ Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment

+ Knowledge on NetSuite/Salesforce Integrations

+ Knowledge of Agile development methodology

+ Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments

+ Knowledge of Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica on Cloud

+ Experience with leading high performing teams and working in a cross-country distributed team environment

+ Pro-active and results oriented

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,475 to $269,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
