<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Data Conversion Lead </b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Might need to trave for important meeting in Tampa, FL</b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Create and maintain the data map between legacy systems and Workday</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Identify and resolve data quality issues in the legacy system</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Manage a team to resolve data quality issues between loads to ensure a consistently improving data conversion process</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Communicate data conversion requirements and changes to impacted workstreams (e.g., functional lead, integrations lead)</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Develop/manage the data extract or data conversion tools to obtain and transform the legacy data and deliver it in the format required</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Transform legacy data into client data gathering workbooks</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Transform legacy data required for use of the parallel tool</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Provide data gathering workbooks to client data conversion team via agreed secure transfer method</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Document data transformation requirements</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Possess deep knowledge of the various data elements, data sources, systems, and conversion resources</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Team with client`s counterpart to document workstream status weekly in PES</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"> Provide status updates in the weekly Project team status meeting</p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Data Conversion Scope</b></p> <ul> <li>GL Conversion <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>NetSuite GL to Workday via Accounting Center for summarization </li> <li>Ending balance 12/31/2025</li> <li>Monthly actuals for all of 2026</li> </ul> </li> <li>Business Assets <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>NetSuite FAM assets straight-line fixed and intangible assets</li> <li>Spreadsheets for accelerated amortization intangibles will use unique depreciation profiles built with Rate Schedules in Workday FIN</li> <li>BlackLine item schedules Deferred Commission Expense assets following straight-line depreciation</li> <li>No leases</li> </ul> </li> <li>Suppliers <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Concur vendors</li> <li>NetSuite vendors (duplicates likely)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Outstanding checks/uncleared disbursements <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>BlackLine bank recs, as needed</li> </ul> </li> <li>Customer Accounts and Contacts for Financial Services business only <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">NetSuite subset of customers</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Contractual scope limits</b></p> <table class="MsoTable15Grid4Accent1" style="border-collapse:collapse;
