You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models.
Your work will involve assisting clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality.

The Opportunity
As part of the Workforce Technology - Enabling Apps team you will oversee and manage the entire payroll cycle for employees.
As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to drive project success.
This role involves implementing processes and controls to enhance efficiencies within the payroll system.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree

- Certification(s) Preferred: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), UKG Pro WFM
- Understanding HR technology and its connection to Payroll
- Processing payroll for multi-national companies
- Preparing and submitting tax filings and required reports
- Understanding pay compliance requirements
- Conducting regular audits for payroll accuracy and compliance
- Leading, coaching, and motivating team members

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
