Job Overview
Artcraft Home Improvements is hiring a Working Carpentry Crew Supervisor to lead field operations across residential roofing and exterior renovation projects.

This full-time, on-site leadership role is perfect for a skilled carpenter with supervisory experience who is ready to mentor crews, drive jobsite efficiency, and ensure top-quality craftsmanship.

You'll play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations, meeting project timelines, and upholding safety and workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities-
Supervise and lead carpentry crews on residential exterior and roofing projects.-
Ensure daily work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.-
Assign tasks, manage timelines, and track crew performance on-site.-
Train, coach, and support team members to develop skills and improve productivity.-
Coordinate materials, tools, and labor to meet project goals.-
Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners.-
Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job sites.-
Resolve jobsite challenges quickly and efficiently.-
Report progress and crew needs to the office regularly.-
Operate and oversee the safe use of hand and power tools.

Qualifications-
Minimum 5 years of carpentry or exterior construction experience.-
Previous experience leading crews or supervising job sites preferred.-
Must have a tool belt and basic hand tools-
Ability to read a tape measure is required.-
High school diploma or GED preferred.-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.-
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.-
Hands-on experience in roofing, siding, or framing is a plus.-
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments.-
Positive, reliable, and committed to team success.
