American Workforce Group has partnered with a locally owned earthwork and septic contractor company in Olympia, WA to hire a skilled working field manager.

Description for Working Field Manager:

·       Lead a small team and supervise subcontractors on job sites

·       Work hands-on in excavation, dirt work, and septic system installation

·       Interpret project blueprints and ensure safe, timely job completion

·       Maintain a productive and positive job site atmosphere

·       Must be comfortable testing, and working around septic systems 70% of the time 

·       Managing production 

·       Sales experience and customer service skills 

·       Office skills and application understanding

Details for Working Field Manager:

·       Pay: $54,000/yearly

·       Schedule: Monday-Friday

·       Shift Hours: Day shift

Requirements for Working Field Manager:

·       Lifting 75lbs+ regularly

·       Experience in excavation and septic system installation
