Als Kommunikationsspezialist entwickelt Zenith im Rahmen unserer ROI Experience Platform dynamische, ganzheitliche und zukunftsweisende Kommunikationslösungen für mehr als 150 nationale und internationale Kunden aller Branchen.

Umfassende Data-Analysen helfen dabei, unterschiedlichste Zielgruppen zu verstehen und relevante Kontaktpunkte für die Kommunikation mit ihnen zu identifizieren.

Zusätzlich wird die Kampagnen Performance in Echtzeit gemessen und optimiert, um den maximalen Return on Investment und damit den größtmöglichen Kommunikationserfolg für unsere Kunden, wie LVMH, Stellantis oder Haleon zu erzielen.

Darüber hinaus erforscht Zenith kontinuierlich neue Medienkanäle, Nutzungsverhalten und Trends.

**Overview**

+ Du berätst und führst eigenständig deine Kunden im Sinne einer holistischen Performancestrategie über alle digitalen Performance Mediakanäle (Search, Social, Affiliate, Digital) hinweg
+ Dabei entwickelst und präsentierst du übergeordnete Performancestrategien und übernimmst die End-to-end Verantwortung für sämtliche Maßnahmen: von der KPI-Definition, dem notwendigen technischen Setup, der Steuerung der Investments je Digitalkanal bis hin zur Identifizierung von Optimierungsansätzen im Zuge des kontinuierlichen Performance Trackings.
+ Zudem sorgst du für die Weiterentwicklung der Kundenteams im Sinne eines innovativen Performancemarketings
+ Des Weiteren behältst du Markttrends kontinuierlich im Auge, bewertest diese für deinen Kunden und lässt diese in deine Performancestrategien einfließen.

**Qualifications**

+ Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Mediaagentur, auf Kundenseite oder einem Technologieanbieter.
+ Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Performance Marketing.
+ Fundiertes digitales Know-how über alle wesentlichen Kanäle (IO, Programmatic, Search & Social, Affiliation) und Kenntnis in & idealerweise operative Erfahrung mit den gängigen Tools (z.B. Business Manager, CM360, Google Ads, GA 360, DSPs...)
+ Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Webanalyse & Tracking, Audience-Strategien, Daten-Strategien, Attribution Modelling mit
+ Leidenschaft und Professionalität bei der Kundenberatung, Engagement, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine analytische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus
+ Idealerweise bringst du bereits Führungserfahrung mit
+ Deine Englischkenntnisse sind genauso gut wie deine MS-Office-Kenntnisse
