Assistant Director Of Client Experience Job Opening In Duncan – Now Hiring The Barndo Co

We are currently seeking a dynamic, organized, and client-focused Assistant Director of Client Experience to join our team and oversee our Selections Manager group.


The Assistant Director of Client Experience will be responsible for ensuring that every client feels supported and cared for throughout their journey with The Barndo Co. This role will oversee the Selections Manager team while also driving process improvements, managing client documentation, and supporting conflict resolution when needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly proficient in Google Suite, and able to balance leadership responsibilities with a commitment to creating a seamless client experience.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership – Oversee, mentor, and support the Selections Manager team to ensure consistency and excellence in client interactions.
  • Data Collection & Reporting – Utilize Google Suite to track, analyze, and present client and project data to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Document Collection & File Audits – Manage client documentation and conduct regular file audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Client Experience & Conflict Resolution – Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, providing thoughtful, solution-oriented support.
  • BT Template & Selections Management – Oversee Buildertrend templates and the selections process to streamline client experience and team efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Proven leadership or team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction, residential design, or client services preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
