Role: AV Support Technician
Location: Morristown, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 3+ Months (Extendable)
Candidate should be willing to start the work either at 6:30 am or 8:00 am based on the team's requirement.
Description:
The candidate should provide AV support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform post-conference check for conference room, present Client supplied briefing materials using installed or Client furnished audio-visual equipment, display Client supplied briefings via PowerPoint, video, projectors, and audio PA systems. They need to start the work at 6:30am or 8 am based on the team's requirement.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment to include cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices .
Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment.
Reserve, schedule, and set up audio visual equipment as required .
Coordinate requirements with client and distant-end, using the appropriate software to update reservations database .
Qualifications:
High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant experience .
Hands-on experience with Crestron hardware, Cisco cameras and codecs, and Biamp DSPs would be great.
Should know what a LAN is and how to troubleshoot network related issues .
