Call Center Customer Service Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Call Center based in Tampa, FL.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for a well-established family-owned wholesale distribution center.

Pay Rate
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.Call Center Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reach out via phone and email to assigned accounts regularly to build lasting relationships.
  • Ensure account and contact information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist clients in placing orders and answering questions to ensure a great overall experience.
  • Inform and suggest new products to current accounts.
  • Escalate client issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Call Center Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year related experience in a call center environment
  • Energetic with a positive demeanor
