Position Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

Location: Oceanside, CA

Pay Rate: $19.50 – $20.50 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 1 Saturday per month

Department: Call Center / Client Services

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and is eager to develop skills in client relations, financial account servicing, and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, and billing questions.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding financing programs and policies.
  • Research, investigate, and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to achieving team goals and call center performance metrics.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and entering data accurately.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
