J&W Heating and Air + Plumbing is looking for a driven and reliable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a vital role in scheduling service appointments, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely dispatching of our skilled technicians.
We are committed to providing high-quality HVAC and plumbing services to homes throughout Northeast Florida, and your work will directly support that mission every single day.

Key Responsibilities-
Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to emails professionally-
Schedule appointments for inspections, service calls, and estimates-
Dispatch technicians efficiently for installations and repairs-
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers-
Maintain and update customer records with accuracy-
Assist with managing the call board and technician workflow-
Process customer payments and invoices-
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy-
Learn call scripts and apply them appropriately-
Promote and upsell services and products when applicable-
Collaborate with team members using tools like Google Suite, Slack, and ServiceTitan

Qualifications-
Minimum one year of dispatching or call center experience (HVAC, plumbing, or service industry preferred)-
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills-
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment-
Familiarity with HVAC or plumbing terminology is a plus-
Proficient in Google Suite and dispatch software (ServiceTitan preferred)-
High school diploma or equivalent-
Ability to pass a background check-
Reliable attendance and availability for flexible shifts including weekends
