KEYNOTE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is Growing in Jacksonville!


Keynote Business Solutions is immediately hiring motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL.

As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is an onsite position, so the candidate must be able to work from our Jacksonville office.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and feedback into the company database and CRM system.

  • Follow-up: Ensure follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry standards, and privacy regulations when interacting with customers.
  • Working Conditions:


    Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL.


    Schedule: Full-time w/ shifts to be determined (Monday- Friday w/ occasional weekends if required)

  • Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • No experience needed—we are willing to train the right candidate!

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, BUT NOT REQUIRED)

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

  • Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Comfortability using CRM systems (experience preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED)

  • Ability to work effectively both independently & as part of a team
