Job description

Our Client, an Energy Services company, is looking for an Electric Scheduling Administrative Support I for their Grand Rapids, MI location.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Electric Scheduling Administrative Support role involves providing administrative assistance to facilitate the scheduling and coordination of tasks, projects, and resources within an organization.


  • This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow management and effective communication among team members involved in electric-related operations.


 

Requirements:


  • 0 to 1 year's work experience.

    This is an entry level position.

  • Microsoft Word: Excel, Outlook email system

  • High School degree or equivalent

  • Detail oriented

  • Highly motivated

  • Well-organized

  • Team-oriented

  • Attitude and aptitude to learn new skills and perform new responsibilities

  • SAP Front/Back Office

  • Plotter operation

  • Scanner operation

  • Some work experience in an administrative or clerical role

  • Experience with SAP would be an asset
