In this role you will work closely with experienced engineers on a variety of activities including circuit design, printed circuit board development and testing, cabinet wiring design and diagrams, inverter and component testing, and manufacturing support. After training and becoming familiar with EPC products, you will be an integral part of the electrical engineering team. You will have opportunities to contribute to new product design, customer requests, lab testing, PCB development and troubleshooting.Responsibilities:Develop, coordinate, and participate in board and equipment functional testing, wiring checkout, FAT, and end of line testingTroubleshoot cabinet electrical issues ( < 208Vac ) and circuit board issues as neededDesign test fixtures for PCBA and electrical assembliesDesign and layout PCBsParticipate in design development and validation activitiesParticipate in documentation for manuals, processes, ECOs, and proceduresSupport production and customers on an as-needed basis, both directly and through our customer support teamSupport maintenance of wiring diagrams in SolidWorks Electrical for manufacturing and customer applications. Drawings include cable harnesses, routing, cabinet interfaces, wiring connection specifications, and break out terminal blocksActively work with manufacturing technicians to ensure design is properly implemented, and with test engineers to ensure design is fully testedOccasional travel may be required (
