EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF - LAS VEGAS

Our client is in need of an entrepreneurial, creative, and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to oversee the state-of-the-art pastry kitchen responsible for producing baked goods for a high-end bakery/cafe within a Casino operation in Las Vegas. The Executive Pastry Chef will manage the team in the large pastry kitchen, ensuring a world-class customer service experience through the production of exceptional high-quality baked goods.
This position reports to the Corporate Team, renowned for their exclusive brand. Alongside typical responsibilities such as team management, sales, finance, and training, the ideal candidate should be well-versed in Maintenance, HR, and Health & Safety protocols. The key requirement for the Executive Pastry Chef is flexibility, hands-on involvement, and the ability to jump in wherever needed.

The Candidate:
- Ideal background from the fine dining spectrum of pastry and bakery
- Proficient in effectively and efficiently running an upscale pastry and bakery kitchen
- Up-to-date on pastry and bakery trends
- Excellent training, coaching, and people development skills are necessary
- Traits such as being open-minded, approachable, forward-thinking, a team player, and service-oriented are essential
- The compensation package is attractive, including a performance-based annual bonus, out-of-state relocation allowance, and other company benefits.
