About the Role
As an Analytics Project Manager to lead high-quality projects and provide strategic direction for multiple websites. Drive thought leadership, share expertise, and manage junior or offshore team members. This role offers the opportunity to influence and grow analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities
Working with stakeholders to define their measurement strategies and drive data maturity and activation. Working closely with developers to incorporate on-site data layers for data collection and support the transition to Google Analytics for websites utilizing Google Analytics. Managing the A/B testing methodology strategy and validation using customer experience optimization tools such as Adobe Target and future server-side testing tool(s). Managing and implement Snowplow data platform for website and plan for expansion to Sierra websites. Presenting project outcomes and proposing new work, via deep dive data insights, data visualisation etc, with the focus of driving customer/business value and opportunities to the business Staying current on industry insights and innovation to improve internal techniques, processes, documentation, and quality assurance. Coaching and help more junior members of the team, with line management responsibility for DCSE analytics team members (capacity/resource planning, development plans, performance reviews, coaching etc.) Leading multi-functional delivery teams, providing motivation and support to ensure project objectives are met/exceeded (often across multiple concurrent projects) Requirements
Experience in web analytics and wider digital marketing landscape knowledge. Experience with website testing technologies such as Optimizely, Google Optimize or Adobe Target Experience with Google Tag Manager & Adobe Launch planning and implementation Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI Experience of SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript Work in a way that works for you
