Adecco is searching for an HRBP - People & Culture - for a leading industrial real estate company in Rosemont, IL.

Responsibilities:
Culture Development & Team Engagement
• Build a strong pool of managers with the skills, capabilities, and behaviors critical to enabling sustainable growth and market/consumer relevance
• Partner with functional and business leaders to evolve and embed an organizational culture that engages the greater organization
• Engage and influence senior business leaders and provide strategic people insights that impact the organizations path forward
HR Partnership
• Collaborates with key leaders within the HR Service Delivery Model (BP’s, C&B, COE’s and SSC) to ensure key HR initiatives and offerings are enterprise-wide and align to the needs of the business
• Drives design, communication, socialization, and education efforts with all key stakeholders to lead change associated with HR Capability
• Promotes the communication of HR best practices throughout HR function to broaden and expand exposure to high volume Human Resources services
• Play a role in the design and execution of workforce planning and organizational development strategies, in support of our business strategy and operations
• Deep experience in people and organizational diagnosis and effective solutioning for talent initiatives, employee relations activities and programming
• Partner with senior leadership to create associate development plans that support business objectives and advance the business
• Manage the execution of programs and policies for the HR COEs (example: talent management including leadership development, accelerated and high potential development, succession planning, coaching talent...)
• Support the business with organizational change and development, influencing leaders to address organizational design issues where required for business
• Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for the business
• Establish an effective partnership with business leaders and HR COE's to guide talent decisions, providing advisory tailored for specific business needs
• Drive informed decision making by using data; work with business leaders to determine root cause of issues and develop solutions and strategies
Qualifications:
• At least 8+ years as a HR business partner role, 300+ employee base experience, ideally working in a high growth, fast paced environment
• Proven ability to lead and design people strategies when you may not have all the information needed
• Proven ability to use HR reporting & analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business
• Demonstrated experience building strong, effective, and trusted relationships
• Ability to execute talent initiatives with excellence in a fast paced, corporate environment
• Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
• Ability to work effectively across multiple US geographies and business areas
• Demonstrated ability to inspire trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients together with a reputation for high personal integrity
• Expertise building consensus on a cross-functional basis
• Facilitation skills, including fostering creativity in solution design
• A highly motivated, energizing attitude that inspires others to seek higher levels of organizational effectiveness and collaboration
• Able to travel 30% of the time
