Position Overview:The HRIS Administrator serves as the technical point of contact and UKG subject matter expert (SME) to maintain HRIS security, develop business intelligence (BI) reports, maintain and support system configuration and integrations, test system changes, and ensure data integrity. This role supports system releases, enhancements, projects, testing and other technical projects.Responsibilities:Serve as UKG HRIS Technical SME, maintaining system integrity and securityTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with internal teams and vendorsRecommend and implement system configuration changes to meet business needsDevelop Business Intelligence reports and support HR projectsDrive process improvements and maintain documentationRequirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fieldStrong background in HRIS administrationMust have experience with UKG Pro Product Suite (HR, Payroll and WFM Dimensions)Must have experience managing cloud based HRIS (UKG) system securityProficiency in translating functional requirements into technical specificationsStrong analytical and communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, BI reporting and SQL
