Title: IBM BPM Developer

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled IBM BPM (Business Process Management) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing BPM solutions using IBM BPM software suite. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design process models, and automate workflows. The IBM BPM Developer will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency by streamlining processes and optimizing workflows through innovative BPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into BPM solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy BPM applications using IBM BPM software suite.
- Create process models, business rules, and user interfaces using IBM BPM Process Designer.
- Implement integration solutions with third-party systems and databases.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth functioning of BPM applications.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of BPM processes.
- Develop documentation including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BPM and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing BPM solutions using IBM BPM software suite.
- Strong proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and BPD (Business Process Diagram) methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE programming languages.
- Experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and XML technologies.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
