An ADP Client, Stasmayer Incorporated, is actively seeking a Level 2/3 IT Engineer to join their team in Charleston, SC.Additional Information:Position Title – IT Engineering level 2 or 3Exemption Status – ExemptBasic Function – The position of either Level 2, 3 or Senior IT Engineer is responsible for, but not limited to resolving issues in the IT support structure. It will be a daily responsibility to service the needs of all customers to the best of your ability. System augmentation and automation to increase efficiency of daily operations of Stasmayer, Incorporated will also be performed to increase response time in repeated tasks and scenarios.Compensation – Competitive salary commensurate with experience; excellent benefits plan; substantial bonus plan based on individual, department, and corporate performance. Principle Responsibilities:• System Support• Network Troubleshooting• Line of Business Application Support• Use of RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) tools to resolve and troubleshoot• Maintain/Increase Internal Service Level Agreement (SLA) at 80% attainment or greater• Response & troubleshooting in accordance with internal SLA• Responsible for entering time into the PSA (Professional Services Automation Tool) daily• Submitting weekly timesheets, no later than mid-day Monday the following week• Any other responsibilities assigned by Management• Please reference areas of required applicable experience below for the role you are applying for (Level 2 Engineer, Level 3 Engineer, or Senior IT Engineer)Principle Requirements:• Help desk experience• Experience in dealing with multiple customers’ needs throughout the day• Extremely professional demeanor• Exhibit excellent customer service• Experience setting up and troubleshooting all versions of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Cisco, Sonicwall, Watchguard, HP, etc. networking products• Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft 365• MacOS experience is a plus• Medical IT experience is a plus• Law Firm IT experience is a plusEssential Interpersonal Requirements:• Excellent interpersonal skills• Positive attitude is a must• Excellent Customer Service Skills and a desire to improve the customer experience• Drive to constantly communicate to the client and keep them up to date regarding any service or project undertaken; provide a level of service to ease the client about any issue at hand and that everything is under control• Exceptional problem-solver; sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions• Exceptional organizational skills & meticulously detail oriented• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills• Dedicated to quality first, and foremost• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently• Exceptional attitude and ability to stay composted and levelheaded under any challenging situation Essential Physical Requirements:• You have the ability to lift 50 pounds• You have the ability to stand, bend, and climb for up to 10 hours a day• You have the ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems• You have the ability to effectively and courteously communicate with employees and customers• You have the ability to read, count and write English to accurately complete all documentation• You have the ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to the position• You have the ability to climb ladders• You have the ability to work varied hours/days to oversee operations
