Location Requirements: This role is Hybrid to our Wayne, PA office 2 days per week.



Your role on the team:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team! Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative oversees the positioning of Frontline's solutions and services to prospective K-12 school districts.

To be successful, you must become comfortable partnering with School Districts and School Boards to influence the buying decision process.

We offer a tuition reimbursement program for eligible college credit coursework available to employees depending on their status and length of employment.



The base salary for this sales position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for uncapped commission, with total On-Target Earnings (OTE) aligned to performance expectations.

This role also includes personalized PTO, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k, and much more!
