Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing customers, understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Policy Development: Design insurance policies that cater to the specific needs and preferences of each client.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Development: Enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.



Requirement
  • Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License is required (or willingness to obtain with our support).
  • Licensing: Active Life, Health & Annuities License is required (or willingness to obtain with our support).
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
