Join AV Stumpfl as Installation / Integration Business Development Manager

AV Stumpfl's premium projection screens are experiencing growing demand across the US market in corporate, education, entertainment, and architectural installations.

Our screens are recognized for their superior build quality, innovative designs, and exceptional reliability.

We are seeking an experienced technology sales executive with strong initiative and customer service skills to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing integration / installation screen sales while driving growth through strategic business development activities.

A typical workday may include market analysis, client outreach, product demonstrations, strategy meetings, estimate creation, customer support, and business travel.

At AV Stumpfl, we are passionate about creating the finest projection screens that transform spaces and deliver exceptional visual experiences.

Location: Alpharetta, GA (USA) or remote.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in architectural or AV technology sales (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong background in projection systems and screen technologies
  • Proven track record in generating and maintaining business relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and explain benefits to architects, consultants, and end-users
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and improve sales outcomes
  • Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all communications and work
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of AV Stumpfl's screen product line and applications
  • Build relationships with architects, consultants, and AV integrators
  • Generate leads through digital and in-person networking
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and provide technical consultation
  • Process orders and ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to installation
  • Manage key accounts through strategic development and regular follow-up
  • Develop market strategies for different screen product lines
  • Participate in trade shows and industry conferences
  • Travel to customer sites and projects (up to %)
