We prefer if you are living within Greece because we have a lot of candidates here!Working as part of a dynamic and international team you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process, including tasks like these:Have the responsibility for the operational and strategic recruitment process for the local markets. Planning, job briefing, create job ads on social media, update our database with your candidates and proactive search of candidates, screening, interviews, reference checks, and feedback sessions. Build a strong relationship with sales and delivery managers to understand the needs om employment every week.Hand-holding: Support the candidates on the entire journey, from start to end; this also means after their job start to ensure they get settled and are thriving.Create and find new sources in order to contact potential candidates Process candidates request and provide relevant information.Working remote provides a lot of freedom as well as responsibility. We are looking for people willing to work full-time helping Europeans getting cool jobs at their dream destinations in Europe. You will work from home, a cafe or wherever it fits you best.
Requirements
You speak and write Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, or German at a native level and you speak English fluently (B2).Experience in sales or recruitment is not a must, but preferred. You live in Greece, Bulgaria or other parts of the South-East of Europe - we have a lot of jobs and young people interested in working here.Experience from living in an international environment is a big plus, and experience with working remotely is preferred.Experience from living abroad is not a must but a big advantage.You have knowledge of and experience with social media and knows how to use it efficiently as a recruitment tool .You are willing to use your social media profiles for work purposes.You have a great knowledge of the mentality and culture of the languages and countries you will be supporting.
