IT Service Desk Job Opening In Cincinnati – Now Hiring Artech LLC


Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team for a 6-month duration in Cincinnati, OH.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling Level 1-1.5 incidents for the enterprise.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth IT operations and providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to and resolve Level 1-1.5 incidents efficiently and effectively.
